Armor Plate^® Pipe Wrap was used to repair a corroded elbow an a corroded tee. Its flexible nature makes it an ideal repair method for restoring the structural integrity to geometries such as elbows and tees.

Elbow prior to installation of repair. Pipe surface has been cleaned properly.	Installation of epoxy putty in corroded areas on ends of elbow at girth welds.
Initial installation of wraps on elbow. The number of installed wraps depends upon the depth of corrosion.	Installation of the last wrap on elbow. After this step, the ends of the wrap are sealed with epoxy putty.
Repair of pipe tee using Armor Plate Pipe Wrap. Cloth is cut to fit geometry of the fitting.	Completed repair of tee. In this case, pressure may be resumed to the original operating pressure as if no corrosion existed.
